Chop the spinach slightly and puree with egg, water, salt and nutmeg in a blender. Put the flour to the spinach puree and stir with a wooden spoon to form a smooth dough. With the "Spätzlhobel" the dough into boiling salted water plane and stir. Boil the "Spätzl" and strain.
Cooked ham, parmesan, salt and pepper, let it boil a little and swing and serve hot "Spätzlen" in it.
